How to claim through the Vango Warranty.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced with your Vango product. To help resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible, please follow the steps below to submit a warranty claim:


Step 1: Contact the Retailer

Get in touch with the dealer or retailer where you originally purchased your Vango item. They are your first point of contact and will assess the issue.


Tip: Have your proof of purchase ready, as this may will be required to validate your claim.


Step 2: Assessment and Warranty Procedure

The retailer will:


  • Review the issue with your product.
  • Determine if it qualifies under the Vango warranty scheme.
  • Initiate the warranty process if appropriate.


⚠️ Important: The warranty claim must be handled through the original retailer to ensure your sales contract remains valid throughout the process.


Step 3: Product Uplift and Resolution

If necessary, the retailer will:


  • Arrange for the product to be collected (uplifted).
  • Liaise directly with Vango to resolve the matter.


We work closely with all our retailers to ensure warranty claims are handled smoothly and fairly. Once the item has been sent back to us we will review and complete the Warranty Claim
